Services - Customer communications
The more communication you have with a visitor the more likely they'll buy from you and the following services can help encourage this:
- Proactive email functions - that allow visitors to register for tailored 'news' emails thereby encouraging repeat visits
- Registration - Users become members by completing a simple online process. This process captures member specific service preferences and biographical details. These profiles can be viewed by the whole membership.
- Interactive Services - Members can call on each other's expertise using Questions Boards and Discussion Areas to leverage the combined skill-sets of the Network.
- Events Calendar - Members are advised of relevant conferences, meetings, training opportunities and other gatherings. Members can register online to attend and/or can access audio or video (full length or highlights) or concise written commentaries.
